HPN Global Client Love Letters

Mandi managed my anxiety and distress over our 2020 contract with our hotel during the COVID-19 crisis with grace, compassion and confidence. She navigated the space between our association’s needs and the hotel’s stance with expertise, keeping us apprised of trends that may impact our negotiations and the end result was a great compromise - in less than 48 hours - all due to Mandi’s unwavering commitment to problem solve.

I would like to offer my highest recommendation to Mandi Graziano.  I had the pleasure of working with her on a dealer conference event this year.  From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful and highly informed in every aspect of the process – from site selection, site visit, and most importantly contract negotiation.  She excels at navigating tough situations with an optimistic, positive, can-do attitude.  I highly recommend Mandi for anyone planning a conference or meeting.

“Mandi has sourced our annual meeting for six years. Most recently, she  helped our company through a delicate Covid 19 negotiation. Through her experience and relationships, she made what could have been a contractually complicated scenario, easy and seamless for us. We have learned through experience that there is no better deal we could get on our own than with working through Mandi with HPN. Mandi is a part of our team and I would recommend you use her for all your meetings and corporate events."  Aaron Hall, President Borrego Solar

Our association has gone through a myriad of transitions over the course of the last 8 years including 4 Executive Directors; a rebrand; 2 strategic plans; and revised bylaws. One constant through it all was Mandi Graziano. Mandi has sourced and negotiated hotels for our annual meeting for eight years and is a coveted partner. She  is the perfect balance of strategy, wit, intelligence and humble leadership.I trust Mandi’s discretion, advice and direction explicitly. She is accessible and responsive; knowing she is involved in our site selection provides a level of confidence and assurance that I have yet to find in any other partner.
