11/3/21: So far, so great. I am down 2.6 pounds. I hadn't intended on losing weight, I just wanted to be less congested and get some routine back. If losing weight is an unintended consequence, I'll take it. I made the "creamy" "pasta" and chicken last night which was zucchini noodles, asparagus, chicken, mushrooms and coconut milk avocado puree. It was really good. Garlicky, and tangy. I added lemon juice and some crushed red pepper and was super happy with the recipe. (recipe link in Day 2 post)

Here is my Bingo card. Now I've got 2 Bingo cards going at 2 different wellness studios in San Diego. I feel like a real old Timer rockin 2 Bingo cards at one time. Where's my dabber??? The Xplicit Bingo game is going to be a bit easier to master than Pure but we'll see how we go.
I sent the turkey chili recipe that I made the other night to Xplicit so I can get a dab on my Bingo square. I wasn't quite sure if the bring a healthy recipe meant bring the finished product or just the recipe so I am doing both. I am bringing a sample of the chili to my 8:00 AM boxing workout today. Do you think I'll get extra credit? I haven't really missed dairy at all but then again, I haven't been around a cheese or charcuterie board yet. My body is a bit sore from the workouts--cue the Epson salt bath tomorrow or Friday night or both. Other than that 3 days down and 17 to go. Morning meditation today was about water--chugging water--appreciating the density and availability of water. It felt like a warning about the scarcity of water like "you better appreciate it while we have it because it's going away soon" sorta warning. It makes me wonder if there is going to be a donation ask in later chapters to donate to a village that needs water? I'll let you know.
